THE APPLICATION PROCESS

The Canadian Immigration process can be long, complicated and stressful, but we make it easy to understand from beginning to end. We know clients' futures depend on successful outcomes and create an individualized immigration plan to provide the best possible options to each person.

All fees are discussed and set at the start of the process so clients know their costs and when payments are required. We keep our fees affordable and provide ongoing follow-up service for our clients even after all fees have been paid and applications have been submitted.

As part of the Full Case Management application process, clients are given detailed instructions and checklists so they know what documents and other information they need to provide. We assist with certified-translation of documents into English, if necessary. All documents and other information are transferred and stored safely and confidentially. We communicate with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and other government agencies for clients and provide frequent status updates about each application. Throughout the process, we are available to clients for questions and guidance to make the whole experience as simple as possible.

Basic Case Analysis

• A consultation that provides information about options available to you to meet your Immigration goals

• A more extensive, personal consultation than offered in the initial phone conversation.

• Includes a brief written report about the best options available to you

• Includes important information you should know about your case.

  If you hire Malkus Immigration to manage for a higher level of service, then the amount of the Basic Case Analysis will be deducted from the fee for that higher level of service.

Detailed Case Analysis, Application Instructions and Guidance

• Written report about the best options available to you
• Detailed instructions on how to submit an application
• Information on the amount of fees and how to pay
• Guidance on specific issues that may arise during your application process
• Advice on how to give your application the best chance of success

If you hire Malkus Immigration to manage for a higher level of service, then the amount of the Detailed Case Analysis will be deducted from the fee for that higher level of service.

Full Case Management

• Written consultation on best options for your Immigration case
• Detailed instructions on information and documents that must be provided
• Submission of the appropriate application and all supporting material
•  Preparation and submission of a detailed Authorized Representative's submission letter supporting the application
• All communication and follow-up with IRCC related to the application through final decision on the application
• Regular consultation about the process so clients understand the status of their applications
